Skyline South Coast Residences is a luxury condominium development by Crescent Heights, located in the heart of Orange County, California. Designed to offer an elevated living experience, the building features modern residences, state-of-the-art amenities, and panoramic views of the Orange County skyline. With its sleek architecture, refined interiors, and resort-style offerings, Skyline South Coast Residences redefines contemporary urban living, combining comfort, sophistication, and the vibrant spirit of Southern California.

I participated in the Skyline South Coast Residences project from concept to completion, leading the creation and development of its brand identity. I designed a wide range of marketing and sales materials, including brochures, trifold brochures, social media ads, a branded map, fact sheets, email campaigns (such as drip and broker campaigns), as well as letterheads, magazine journals, branded sales boards, and rendering boards. Through cohesive visual storytelling and design consistency, I helped establish a sophisticated and modern brand presence that reflected the luxury and elegance of the property.
